1. I thought about it clearly and practiced it afew times. I also had help from the rest of my team who told what i was doing wrong.

2. ???

3. My teacher gave me good advice on how to improve and control the activity and my friends demonstrated it and gave me feed-back.

4. Yes, I made shore it was simple so no-one could get hurt.

5. It was good, next time i would think about how to expand it and keep it interesting, also i would think of a back-up so when i'm finished or something goes wrong it doesn't ruin the game.

6. No

1. I tried to make sure my exercises covered all the basics and the plan eg. ABC warm up, progression ect. I practised my exercises a few times and made sure I knew exactly what equipment i would need. I also thought about different ways of adapting the games in case I had more time.

2. I used ideas from previous netball coaching I have done and also thought about what would make it fun and challenging for my age group by consulting my friends.

3. My friends gave me very positive feedback and my teacher helped me to both prepare and evaluate my session.

4. I made sure the exercises were easy to follow and safe so there was little risk of injury.

5. I think my lesson went well because I knew what I was doing and my classmates responded well to my instructions. The exercises seemed to be fun as well as building skills and I feel the time was well used. If i were to do it again, I might try to vary my exercises a bit and ensure the equipment is easier to find and set up before my session.

1) I made sure that i had all the equitment i needed and practiced it a few times tomake sure that it worked soit didn't go wrong.

2) I went on a warm up and fun activities website for ideas and used activities and warm ups that i have used in other sports.

3) My friends advised me on how i could improve my activities

4) I used simple activities to make sure that nothing could go wrong and that no one could get hurt

5) I think that my activities went well and that they understood what they were doing, however I would make some parts of what I did harder so that it would give them more to work on and would be more difficult, as they found some parts of my activities easy.

1. I made sure i had all the correct equipment needed and knew what what i was going to do before hand.

2. -

3. My teacher helped me by giving examples of what i could do within my chosen sport for an ABC warm up, Linking activity and an aspect of the sport itself.

4. I made sure we had a safe spacious area for my sport to take part in. To start off with we used softer balls for students who were unable to catch with a harder ball, before moving on to a harder ball if they felt comfortable.

4. The lesson went very well and was successful. Everybody was able to take part and do the sport required.
Next time i think i should control the situation and help students more.

1) My session wasn't exactly planned but I had an idea for the first part of the session. From there i just played it by ear and tried to link my other drills to my initial exercise.

2) My idea for my first drill was based on one i've personally done.

3) My teacher told me I would have limited equipment and space so I knew I had to conduct my drills using only the minimal amount.

4) Yes, I made sure the designated area was clear of anything that could have caused injury.

5) Overall, the lesson was alright. I linked my drills well and made sure I did demonstrations to make sure the other students knew what they needed to do. However, i didn't have a plan which meant I had to think on my toes a lot. Also, some of the drills I tried were too difficult for the group I was coaching. Planning would have steered my away from this problem.

1. I thought about each exercise i was going to use and I made sure they followed the abc principle. I then drew a diagram with colour coordinated areas for each drill so for instance the first one was blue and so-on.

2. For research I was given a pack of exercises that i incorporated some of the concepts into my individual activity.

3. Like I said before in the previous question I was given a pack of exercises by Mr Ibrahim and my friends showed me what i needed to do better.

4. I took into consideration the health and safety into my exercise so I made sure everyone was warmed up through dynamic stretching and had practised the exercise before I showed it to my team.

5.The lesson went well and I was grateful for a good team that listened well and didn't mess around. Next time I take the session I will make sure I project my voice better and spend less time setting up the exercise.

1. I made sure that my plan was clear to understand and made sense when I explained the activities. I also made sure that I had all the equipment that I needed for my lesson.

2. Most of my activities I had been taught in previous p.e lessons. Although I did use teachpe.com as well.

3. I asked a few friends if what I planned for my lesson would be fun and not get too boring.

4. Yes, I made sure we had enough space for all my activities to be certain there could be no injury's.

5. I think my lesson went well and I got good feedback from my classmates. However I could improve it by making sure I had a back up plan just incase I had any extra time.

1. To make sure that i planned and structured the lesson in the right way i put myself in the position of the people who where doing the session and thought about what makes a lesson stimulating and challenging.

2. The information that i used to plan the lesson was experience of doing rugby training sessions with Mr. Mallon and Mr. Pryor.

3. My teacher helped me in preparing the lesson by advising me to make the lesson how i wanted and how i thought it should be done.

4. Bearing in mind i was taking a rugby training sessions i had to think about the risk involved in doing certain drills and make appropriate decisions.

5. I thought that the lesson wen very well. I set two drills that were challenging enough for the class and then to finish off i done an exercise that involved the two drills we had previously done and how the would do it in match situations. To improve it next time i would add other drills that developed what they had learned,

4. i made sure that the drills were straight forward and that the risk of getting hurt were very minimum.

5. i think overall the lesson went really well all the classmates contributed well towards the drill, however i could of included more activities to keep the pace of the lesson going.

1. I made sure my exercises covered all the basics and the plan i did warm ups, progression etc. I practiced my exercises many times and made sure I knew what equipment i would need. I also thought about quite a few ways of adapting the games to the benefit of the class/group my plan may be taught to.

2. To make sure i planned and structured the lesson the right way I went on the london metropolitan universitie's website and extracted some information from that.

3. My friends and my teacher both gave me support and told me some basic information, they also helped me recap on what i already know. I also was given advise on what components of fitness i should add to the plan.

4. I thought of the health and safety, i did this by explaining the activity thoroughly so the group knew exactly what to do to create the safest environment. As confusion would lead to possible dangers e.g. running around not knowing what to do; or messing about.

5. The lesson was a great success although a few participants were messing about and giggling, however other then that everything went well.

1 AS MY CLASS ARE QUITE ADVANCED WHEN IT COMES TO PRACTICAL, I TOOK IN THE ADVICE GIVEN TO ME BY MY TEACHER ON HOW TO IMPROVE AND CONTROL A ACTIVITY. I WOULD HAVE SOMETHING I CAN FALL ON INCASE MY ACTIVITY DOESNT WORK . I WOULD NEED A GOOD APPROACH TO THE ACTIVITY

2 FROM PAST EXPERIENCE, THINGS I ALREADY KNEW AND PUT IN WHAT I THINK WOULD OF MADE THE ACTIVITY CHALLENGING AND FUN FOR A CERTAIN AGE GROUP.

3 MY TEACHER SHOWED ME HIS IDEAS WHIC I COULD S AND TURN INTO A NEW ACTIVITY,HE ALSO TOLD ME WHAT IS NOT EFFECIENT. I GOT MY FRIENDS TO JUDGE MY ACTIVITY OOT OF TEN AND TELL ME WHAT I AM DOING WRONG AND EVALUATE MY RESULTS.

4 YH, I MADE SURE MY WAS SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN AND MAADE SURE NO ONE IN MY EXERCISE HAD AY RISKS OF GETTTING INJURED.

5 I WOULD HOPE FOR MY LESSON TO GO WELL. IF POSSILE I WOULD WANT EVERY PARTCIPANT UNDER CONTROL HP[E THAT THE NOT AS ABLE STUDENTS A SPORTS OULD FIND IT ENJOYABLE AND NO ONE GETS INJURED, ALSO PLAN FOR MY ACTIVITY TO IMPROVE MY STUDENTS SKILLS AND HOPE EVERYONE LIKES THE VARIATIONS I HAVE MADE TO PAST ACTIVITIES MY TEACHER HAS DONE AD HOPE NOTHING GOES WRONG AND IF SO I HAVE A BACK UP PLAN .

6 IT IS A GOOD EXERCISE FOR THEONES WHO HAS'NT GOT THEM MUCH SELF ASTEAM TO COME FOWARD AND BE OPEN .

That in my lessson i had to focus on speed/balance so what i did was 1st) put two cones away from each other. Run to them and back 4 times then i place mate's on the flour but i put them in a diganal way after doing this you had to run fullspeed and jump on the mate's without failing. For my last part there was a ladder which you had to run full speed and land in between the ladder's

2)B watching orther people to there sesion also had some help's for my teachers.

3)I did not have any teachers help becuase i was supposed to do the sesion on my own but i had i assitant help i boy named branden
he helped to put the equipment in the right place.

4)yes there sesion was safe however the group said "they were tierd and wanted to stop " but i said do it a agian and a agian to keep them in shape.

5)The lesson went well i think the part that went well was the bigining when you had to run to the cone's back and forth it concitrated n speed. What i think i could change would be the mat's becuase most people found that easy and were abe to step over most of the mats.

1- I did a written plan beforehand with a structured warm-up, main session and warm-down.

2- I used information that I had learnt in previous JSLA lessons.

3- I went to see my teacher before the lesson that I lead, we went over my plan together and made adjustments when it was appropriate.

4- I considered health and safety when plannin my lesson by using minimal equipment so there were less ways for the children to become harmed.

5- The lesson ran smoothly, it flowed well and the children found it interesting and fun. Next time I would plan a slightly shorter lesson so I could fit it in better to the time I was given.

1. I made sure that I knew what activites I wanted to do as well as making sure that I had all the equipment that I needed in order to carry out the activities effectively. I also followed the planning sheet as well as asking advice from students, teachers, and other athlets.

2. I used general knowledge that I gained from doing certain activites/drills myself in the past by either preforming them or watching others.

3. My friends helped me by looking over my lesson plan as well as giving helpful advice/suggestions to better improve my lesson.
My teachers helped me by looking over my plan and giving me constructive critisim and helpful pointers.

4. I thought about health and safety and made sure the exercises were easy but still challenging enough to work all the muscles in the body with little risk of injury possible.

5. The lesson went quite well. All of the activites I planned went ahead without any problems and the students preforming the tasks enjoyed themselves. The only other thing I would change would be to make the activites longer because I had extra time at the end and had to come up with other activites on the spot which isn't always a good thing to be doing.

2) I looked up the rules online and then made sure I had a copy of the rules handy.

3) My friends peer assessed my ideas and told me when they thought that something was a bit unrealistic. I ran the idea past my teacher who gave it the thumbs up

4) Yes, I made sure that the warm up was done properly by all and each muscell in the body was warmed up before we proceeded to avoid injury.
In the lesson I made sure that no students were put in a position that could put them in danger.

5)It went quite well, the only problem was the lack of students that were available to particiapate, giving me no other choice but to alter my plan to adapt to the learning environment.

Yes. We had some trouble with finding enough space, but all the students wore the correct kit and had their hair tied up. The floor was clear and no one was eating or drinking or chewing gum.

1. I made sure i had planned and structured my lesson in the right way, by firstly looking at the age group i was coaching. I then tried to think of the possible interests the group may have i.e. big football fans. This is important because if you have total uninterest in a sport you will be unlikely to be willing to participate in it.This can have a big affect on the rest of the group.
2. JSLA lessons.
3.My friends gave me help in the planning the session by telling me what they wanted to do, they also suggested possible activities.
4. Not as much beause i felt comfortable in my environment, on the astroturf.
5. The lesson went well, the group seemed to like the session however next time i would like to encorporate HRF and SRF in to my sessions more.
