1. To make sure everyone knew what they were doing I gave them a demo and I did a walk through with everyone so they knew exactly what to do.

2. To control the group I use clear loud instructions even though they wont that loud the group still responded.

3. I felt confident while teaching and I enjoyed teaching something new and passing on my knowledge.

4. The main thing that I learnt while communicating is to speak loud and clearer and keep asking your team whether they understand everything.

1. I had a quick but good chat with them went for a qick practical run through of the task so everybody was sure of what to do.

2. I was giving good feedback to make them enthusiastic about the work supporting them when they needed help.

3. It was good because you felt like you knew what you weredoing and they understood what they had to do.

1. To make sure that everyone understood the tasks i set, i firstly did a demonstration myself and with other people who knew the drills.

2. To control the group during the session i kept speaking and explaining to a minimum, preffering to show the drills as i understood the class were kinetic learners.

3. When giving teaching points to the group i made sure that they were relevant and something the participant would appreciate. When doing so it felt nice to be able to develop peoples skills.

4. The main thing that i learnt when trying to communicate ith other people was that it is easy to keep people listening and inerested if the drills you are doing are something that they enjoy doing and are challenging.

4.The main thing i learnt was how to make the lesson fun and interesting so they wouldnt be bored and will always be participating in the lesson.

2. What did you do to control the group during your session?

3. How did you feel when you were giving teaching points to the group?

4. What is the main thing you learnt when trying to communicate with other people?

1. To make sure everyone understands why they are doing the task i will; explain and run through the task and show a practical example. I will also explain how this will help them (Aim and objective lesson)

2. To control the group during the session i made sure they were always doing something that involved them and something that was fun and effectively helping them to develop skills. I asked them questions to help them fully understand why and what they were doing.

3. I felt that when i was giving teaching points to the group they responded well and agreed that my ideas could effectively help them, they were excited to start and wanted to learn.

4. The main thing i learnt when trying to communicate with other people is that when explaing it in an exciting way they responded far more and could understand why i was getting them to do it. Making into more of a game when doing simple things like standing still they responded better and involved themselves more.

1. To make sure everyone understands why they are doing the task, i will explain and show a demonstration of the task. I will also say we are doing this to improve different sporting skills.(Aim and objective lesson)

2.To control the group during my session I made sure that they were all taking part in a fun activity at all points. I done this by having the group spilt up and doing different things at each point of the lesson. Also if i wanted all the kids attention I made up a fun way of them being quiet and standing still collectivly.

3.When I was giving teaching points to the group i felt they responded well and used some of my ideas effectivly in their drills. I felt that the ideas I used in my drills also got them excited and involved but alsoi got them to do what i wanted them to do quickly.

4.the main thing i learnt when trying to communicate with other people was that you have to think of effective ways of getting them to do what you want. For example when i wanted them to stand in a straight line and listen i instructed them to stand tall like soliders and be as quiet as possible, Which worked as they thought it was a game and they were excited to be involved.

2.make sure they spoke one at a time and made sure it was fun at the same time because then they had no reason to complain or become out of comtrol.

3. listened to and like i was helping them but i thought they might not be intrested if i dont keep its quick, plain and simple.

2)I told them the rules of the game, so they were actually cabable of doing. i knew i had to take the resbonsibility of the group, so i used my communication and listhening skill, to control the session sensibly.

1. I quickly but efficently explained to my group what the activity was. I then did another quick but effictive demonstration and made sure everyone knew what they were doing before the group started the activity.

2. I made sure that the group members could see me at all times and gave instructions in a clear and loud voice and used simple words so that the students understood what I was saying instead of being confused.

3. I felt confident in myself while I was teaching my group and the fact that I could see that I had all their attention made it that much easier for me to explain and I felt confident that they could carry out the tasks.

4. The main thing that I learnt while trying to communicate with other people is that it's best and most effective to explain things one step at a time, use simple language and demonstrate each activity as effectively as I can. And also to make sure that I have their attention at all times and to make sure they understand what I'm asking them to do.

1. I thouroghly explained what we were doing to the whole class, I demonstrated it and gave them a sheet to follow.

I kept them active so no one was standing doing nothing. If they weren't part of the game and were waiting for there turn i would get them to run on the spot or do star jumps.

It was hard because they were all loud and it was hard to get thier attention. But when I did get thier attention it felt good that I was the one leading the class.

I learnt that it was hard to grab thier attention but once you got them active it was easier to get them to do the activity.
