GCSE PE - Types of training/training methods

A central midfield player in football has a high level of technique, but due to his lack of fitness rarely completes a full match. If you were the coach, how would you develop his fitness?

firstly you can make him work gradually to he gets back to full fitness and you can boost the amount of time taken in each session then gradually he will get back to full fitness.

To improve his fitness:-

1. Extra sessions
2. Extra circuit
3.Improved diet
4.More intensive training
