Jacob walerius. hello.

1. i think that there are several reasons why people take part in sporting activities. The first one is for fun, if people gain enjoyment from any activity they will like to do it on a regular basis. And also people want to stay fit and healthy and a fun and simple way to do this is through sport.

2. At the moment there is a big problem to do with obesity in children. They spend to much time watching t.v and playing on the computer and are not encouraged to go out and exercise.

3. It is important to have a healthy life style because then you will be healthy and feel better. Having a healthy lifestyle will improve your ability to do your day to day tasks because you will be in better physical fitness and have a better state of mind.

4. Smoking, drinking and a high fat diet can lead to serious diseases like heart disease and cancer.

5.I think it is important to encourage kids to be active. You need to show them how it can be fun which will encourage them to participate. They must be shown the possible consequences of not exercising and why active sports can prevent this. In the end it is down to the child but it is up to us to inform them about their situation and offer all the opportunities to take part in sporting activities.

6. We could give assemblies to discuss the issue and inform kids about their opportunities, we could also bring in speakers to encourage them.

1.Fair play means just and honorable treatment, action, or conduct. In sporting terms it means when the teams or opposing players respect each other and gine each other a fair chance of victory: for example when a player is donw injured the opposing team kick the ball out of play to let the player receive treatmeant.

2.Moniter the games and encourage fair play.

3.by monitering the children, encourage fair play and condone and punish unfair behaviour.

4.Give them a warning and tell them what they are doing wrong, if behaviour persists then seperate them from the group. If the child continues remove them from the lesson

5.i felt good that i had stopped other people's learning from being disrupted.

6.the students respected me more and were less disruptive

1.There are many reasons for taking part in regular sporting activities.one is that sport provide pleasure and is a fun thing to do, another is the competitive element of sport. people like to win, sport allows the chance to do that. Finally, sport is a fun way to keep fit and healthy.

2.Issues linking society and exercise include obesity. Which could be caused by a lack of sporting activities.

3.Having a healthy life style will reduce the chance of diesease and death.

4.smoking produces a build up of fat in the arteries therefore increasing the chances of heart diesease and death. Drinking and having a high fat diet will also contribute to disease and death.

5.Discourage smoking and drinking amoungst our piers and lead by example. And promote sport and its benifits.

6.use insirational speakers, assemblies and raise awarness of the campaign.

Hello sir Umar Hegarty ere

1. i personally think that people will take part in sporting activities because they are both fun and a good way of keeping fit and healthy.

2. in society today there is a lack of physical activity because of a few reasons, i believe that the main reason is that there is a lack of oppurtunities in which to do so and less encouragement to participate in physical activities.

3. Having a healthy lifestyle is important because it allows you to have more oppurtunities not just to do with physical related activities but in other aspects aswell and alsoit helps to prevent the risk of getting any serious diseases.

4. The long-term disadvantages of smoking, drinking and having a high fat diet, is that it increases the risk of diseases related to those factors mentioned
and can also effect others around you.

5. In order to prevent this, as a young sports leader, offering more support, oppurtunities and advice could help to prevent situations in which young children are exposed to such problems and would also show them how much fun the activities are and this would encourage more peole to take part
in the activities.

6. By involvig well known people who feel strongly about it to give a speech or do somesort of encouraging way of adverting the rive. Additionally by advertising more within the school would also help.
