Davoud Qauyumi:

The sport that I play is football
I'v been playing football since I was a little kid, starting off by playing on my own in my back garden just playing for fun but, as I got older I started taking the sport more seriously by playing for my primary school football team joinning a local football team near where I lived,
and now curently playing for my highschool team.
My position is right midfield
I like playing right midfield because I'm quite fast and I can get the ball and cross it in the box.
My favourite player is Cristiano Ronaldo his full name is Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro he also started playing football when he was at a young age he started playing for a team called Andorinha when he was only 8 years old.
He playes for Manchester United and
On the 12 of August 2003 Ronaldo made his debut match for Manchester United with his favourite number 7.
The skill that Ronaldo has are that he has really quick feet and a lot of skills with the ball he tends to take players on more than any other players normally do he's
really fast and keep up with the fast pace of the game.
The thing with me is I'm also fast and I take other players on more than any other players in my team. I'm quite fast but I sometimes can't keep up with the pase of the game or last the whole game.

i do not play for a club at the moment but i am trying to find a tennis club. i have been playing tennis for 2 years. i enjoy playing tennis because it keeps you in shape and helps improve my stamina, cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. i took up this sport because it helps keep me fit and helthy. my favourite tennis player is raphael nadal. his skills and qualities are speed and power. if i compare myself to him i would say we do not have anything common because he is better power and he is faster than me. my weaknesses are speed, so to improve it i am keeping healthy and doing much more exercise such as long distance running and fartlet training.

I currently dont play for a football club but in the past played for barnet [protec] fottball academey and a market road league team called hawks fc. i first started playing football at the age of 5 i started playing because of my brothers. when ive played for a team ive always been put a left back but prefer playing on the wing because i enjoy the attacking side of the game. my favourite player is cristiano ronaldo i admire him because he has very quick feet and a fantastic ability to strike a football i fell this is also a strong point in my game and hope to build up hes over qualities. weak points in my game are pase and strength i plan to build on this by doing a exercise that involves me and a mate. someone will stand behind me holding my jumper and i will try to sprint of after holding me for 5 seconds i will sprint off 6 yards and repeat that for 20 minutes a day also when im at home ill do sets of lunges this all contributes to building muscle in your thighs which helps with pace.to help build srength ill do 10 sets of 14 pressups every night and on a pull up bar do 10 sets of 15 every other nihgt this will help with upper body.

i started playing for southgate adelaide when i was 11. My cousin got me into the younger team because he was in the older team and my uncle helped them out. I decided to take the sport up because i loved watching football on television and becuase its one of my dreams to become a footballer. I play Left Back my favourite player in my position is gael clichy i like the way he has the speed and agility to go and help his winger. He has the speed to get back to recover his position which helps his team out. My weaknesses are speed, my strength, right foot. I could make my speed go up by doing hill sprints but running down the hill. I could get my strength up by doing work outs to improve my physic. I could train just on my right foot so that I will become two footed which will make the game easier because you wont loose the ball as much because you will have confidence in both feet.

I play football for Alexandra Park West FC and I have been doing so for 5 years now. I took up football at the age of two because of my dad being the coach at my primary school to be. I play in goal however I can manage almost anywhere else on the pitch, the reason I am better in goal than anywhere else is because I have good reaction speed and I am quite agile. I aspire to be like Pepe Reina as he has unbelievably good distribution skills, he can throw the ball almost three quarters of the length of the pitch and has pretty good shot stopping skills. My shot stopping skills are, much like Reina's, one of my best assets; however my distribution is nowhere near Reina's quality so for me to develop these skills I would have to engage in power, agility and more targeted training. My weaknesses are: I am not very good at intercepting crosses and in one-on-ones as I have poor spatial awareness and don’t realise where the goal is in relation to me.
